Software Engineer
Building meaningful experiences through code
I'm a software engineer with a passion for learning, creating, and problem-solving. I believe in the power of technology to make a positive impact, and I'm always eager to take on new challenges. My journey in tech started with curiosity and has grown into a career dedicated to building solutions that matter.
“What sets me apart is my blend of technical expertise and genuine curiosity. I don't just write code—I seek to understand the 'why' behind every problem, which leads to more thoughtful and effective solutions.”
Software Engineer
My journey began with a simple curiosity about how things work. That curiosity led me to computer science at Penn State, where I discovered my love for creating software. From tinkering with robotics in the Makers Club to building production applications today, every step has been driven by a desire to learn and create. I studied in Ireland for four months, which gave me a global perspective that I bring to every project. Today, I'm focused on building meaningful software while continuing to grow as a developer and as a person.

Began my professional journey as a software engineer
I love personal projects and experiments. From robotics kits to web applications, tinkering is how I learn and grow. Currently working with a Boe-Bot to learn about embedded software and robotics.
I'm passionate about staying current and expanding my skills. I dive into Data Structures & Algorithms through LeetCode and 'Cracking the Coding Interview.' For frameworks, I use Udemy and Codecademy—they've been invaluable resources throughout my journey.
I go to the gym about 3 times a week. I start with cardio to get my heart pumping, then switch to lifting. Starting Strength and StrongLifts 5x5 have influenced my routine. I'm also getting more into stretching and yoga.
I believe in giving back. Most recently, I worked with Family Gateway in Dallas, leading 12 coworkers in collecting funding and supplies for displaced families. We contributed over 30 backpacks, more than 1 ton of food, and 100+ toys for families in need.
I love painting and drawing. All doodles on this site are my own. My kitties inspire me often, and I find creative expression to be a perfect balance to my technical work.
I'm in love with nature. After a long day of staring at screens, all I want is to be surrounded by trees and mountains. My first hiking trip was to Glendalough in Ireland. I've been hooked ever since.
I'm always interested in hearing about new opportunities, collaborations, or just having a great conversation about technology and development.
